Dietitians are leading professionals in the nutrition field. I help women to understand the relationship between food, health and their bodies. I have a holistic approach to healthcare that incorporates the mind, body and soul. I provide expert nutrition and dietary advice to help women ditch diets, eat mindfully, reduce stress, remove anxiety related to food, find weight stability, stop feelings of shame & guilt around food, love their bodies and take control of their health.
I integrate yoga into my nutrition services. There are a lot of factors that come into play when making food choices including stress, anxiety & our emotions to name a few. By using meditation, yoga and mindfulness practices I hope to help you dig deep and find WHY you eat what you eat. I can help you form positive thinking patterns, create healthy behaviors, build a better relationship with food and work towards developing peace with yourself and with food.
